Home builder SEO pricing, posted by the month
Rates for search and for paid ads sit below, side by side, so a builder can read both before talking to anyone. Pricing for home builder SEO and for ad management is a stack of monthly draws: each pays for the stage just finished and stops when you say so.
Search plans for builders: Silver, Gold and Platinum
Organic Growth Silver
$1,495/mo
For builders happy with the website they already have. Pages and Maps work get added around it, and the site itself stays exactly as it is.
- Each month adds 25 landing pages, one for each community, plan family or town you want to be found in
- A set of 4 Strategic Content Assets published monthly, each answering one question a buyer asks before touring a model
- Slow pages, thin titles, broken links and heavy images found and fixed by us, then checked again the next month
- Your Google Business Profile cleaned up: categories, model-home hours and the towns you really build in
- Duplicate listings merged, with a quiet routine for asking past buyers for a review after move-in
Organic Growth Gold
$2,495/mo
The website joins the job. We build it, host it, keep it patched and edit it when a new community opens, and the monthly page count climbs well past Silver.
- 50 landing pages a month, spread across communities, plan families, lots and the towns where you build
- 8 Strategic Content Assets every month, each built on a question from the long research stretch before a buyer calls
- A managed website, built, hosted, updated and kept running by our teamNot built in
- Silver's audit, Maps profile work and review routine all carry over
- A maintained facts page, so AI assistants describe your service area and the kinds of homes you build correctly
Organic Growth Platinum
$3,495/mo
Our largest monthly page load, for builders who want every subdivision, plan type and surrounding town covered at once.
- 100 landing pages per month, laid out over every community, plan family and nearby town
- 12 Strategic Content Assets a month, drawn from what buyers, land owners and referral partners ask
- A managed website, built, hosted, updated and kept running by our teamNot built in
- Outreach for links from local land sellers, real estate offices, supplier showrooms and community groups
- Gold's whole list stays: Maps work, the review routine and the facts page
Every plan renews on its own each month. Turn one off and its line disappears from the next invoice, with nothing owed afterward.
Ad management plans: one, two or three platforms
One ad platform
$895/mo
A single platform, run properly before a second one is added. You pick it, and we build the account and manage it.
- Pick one platform from three: Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) or Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
- Ad copy, keyword lists and matching landing pages built for that platform
- Call and form tracking running and tested before an ad is switched on
- The platform bills your card for the clicks, so every dollar of ad spend sits outside our fee
- A one-page monthly report that sets ad spend beside tour requests and form fills
Two ad platforms
$1,595/mo
Two platforms in step, so a shopper comparing builders and a scroller who met a model-home post can both find you.
- Pick the pair: Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) or Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), any two
- Separate ad copy, keywords and landing pages for each of the two
- Call and form tracking running and tested before an ad is switched on
- Both platforms bill clicks straight to you, and our invoice carries none of it
- A monthly report ranking the two platforms by tour requests and form fills, with clicks as a footnote
Three ad platforms
$2,295/mo
All three major platforms under one plan and one report.
- Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), all three, running together
- Its own ad copy, keywords and landing pages for each platform
- Call and form tracking running and tested before an ad is switched on
- All three platforms bill clicks to you straight, so ad spend never touches our fee
- One monthly report naming the platform behind each tour request and the one that only gathered clicks
Every plan renews on its own each month. Turn one off and its line disappears from the next invoice, with nothing owed afterward.
Reading the rate card the way you read a draw schedule
A plan starts on the date you pick and covers one month of work. When that month closes you get a short written report, and the next invoice goes out only if you want another stage. There is no startup fee at the gate, and no paper that holds you to a later month.
Ad spend works like paying a supplier directly. The platforms bill your card for clicks, and our line on the invoice stays the management fee. The size of that supplier bill is a decision for you and your start schedule. We help you pace it and watch where it goes, but we never route it through us.
Not sure whether pages or ads fit the next phase? The services page sets the two side by side, and the search plan and paid ads plan pages explain what each tier does.
Rate questions from builders deciding on a first month
Is there a deposit or startup fee before the first month of building pages?
None. The first invoice covers the first month of work and nothing earlier. If the stretch does not suit you, the second invoice never gets cut, and the logins for any accounts opened in your name stay in your hands.
Can I add paid ads to a search plan halfway through a build season?
Yes. Ads can be added for a release and removed when it fills. Each plan is its own line on the invoice, so removing one leaves the other untouched.
Why do Gold and Platinum come with a managed website?
Higher page counts need a site that can take them without breaking, so we build and run it for you. Silver is for builders who prefer to keep what they have, and its pages and Maps work wrap around the site you already own without touching it.
Does the ad plan include the money spent on clicks?
No. The platforms bill that part to you directly. Our fee covers building the accounts, writing the ads, tracking calls and forms, and the monthly report.
Which plan fits the phase you open next?
Send a few lines about your lots and we will point to the rate that matches.
Which release, model or plan family needs visitors first?
Name the community, model or plan family that should draw visitors first, the towns you build in and when the next lot release opens. Rough notes are enough. Leave buyer names and personal details out, because this conversation is about marketing and never about a sale or a contract.
Which community, plan family or lot release should draw more tour requests this quarter?
Tell us what you build, where your lots are and how the start schedule looks. You get a reply in writing, with a price from the posted rates and the first things we would put on the calendar.
The house frame, crane and flag in these drawings are pictures only. They show nobody's work and say nothing about any builder, buyer or home.
